Terms & Conditions – Yatri Silver Coin Giveaway
1) Participation in the Yatri Silver Coin Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2) Participants must be registered users and logged in to the Yatri App to be eligible for the lucky draw.
3) The giveaway is valid only for users residing within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). Yatri reserves the right to verify the participant's location and eligibility.
4) Winners will be selected through a computerized random lucky draw process. The selection process is final, binding, and not subject to dispute. No correspondence regarding the selection of winners will be entertained.
5) Each selected winner will receive one (1) Silver Coin as specified under the campaign. The stated weight of the prize is 10 grams.
6) One-Time Enrollment: Participants are permitted to enroll in the Yatri Silver Coin Giveaway only once during the campaign period. Once successfully enrolled, the participant will remain eligible for all subsequent lucky draws conducted during the campaign period without the need to enroll again. Multiple enrollments by the same participant shall not increase the chances of winning and may result in disqualification at Yatri's sole discretion.
7) Winners will be notified using the contact details registered on the Yatri App. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their name, mobile number, and other profile information are accurate and up to date.
8) If a winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information, Yatri reserves the right to forfeit the prize without any liability.
9) Winners must collect their prize in person from the location communicated by Yatri. A valid government-issued photo identification may be required for verification before prize collection.
10) The prize must be collected within the timeline communicated by Yatri. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize without any further notice.
11) The Silver Coin is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other product or service.
12) Yatri makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the purity, hallmarking, certification, valuation, or resale value of the Silver Coin. The prize is awarded strictly as part of the promotional campaign.
13) Yatri shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or deterioration of the prize once it has been handed over to the winner.
14) Employees of Yatri, its affiliates, associated agencies, event partners, vendors, and their immediate family members may be excluded from participation at Yatri's sole discretion.
15) Any attempt to manipulate, misuse, or fraudulently participate in the campaign, including the use of multiple accounts, automated methods, or false information, may result in immediate disqualification.
16) Yatri reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and request additional information or documentation wherever deemed necessary.
17) Yatri reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the campaign or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
18) Participation in the campaign does not guarantee selection as a winner.
19) By participating in this campaign, winners agree that Yatri may use their name, photograph, or video for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without any additional compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law.
20) In the event of any dispute arising from this campaign, the decision of Yatri shall be final and binding.
21) These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
