Terms & Conditions – Yatri Silver Coin Giveaway
- Participation in the Yatri Silver Coin Giveaway constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- Campaign Period: The Yatri Silver Coin Giveaway shall consist of two phases:
Enrollment Period (Pre-Buzz): From 14 July 2026 to 1 September 2026, during which eligible participants may enroll in the campaign.
Campaign Period: From 21 July 2026 to 1 September 2026, during which lucky draws shall be conducted on eligible weekdays (Monday to Friday) only. A total of thirty (30) winners shall be selected during this period. - The giveaway is open only to registered users who are logged into the Yatri App and reside within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). Yatri reserves the right to verify the eligibility and location of any participant.
- A total of thirty (30) Silver Coins (10 grams each) will be awarded during the campaign. One (1) eligible winner will be selected on each eligible campaign day through a computerized random lucky draw.
- Winner Selection & Announcement
For each eligible weekday, participants may qualify by performing eligible activities between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM (IST) on that day. The winner for each eligible weekday shall be selected through a computerized random lucky draw based on the previous day's eligible participation and shall be announced on the following eligible weekday at approximately 12:00 PM through Yatri's official communication channels.
Example: Monday's activity (12:00 AM–11:59 PM)
→ Winner announced on Tuesday at 12:00 PM. - Winner Announcement: All selected winners shall be announced on Yatri's official WhatsApp Channel and official Instagram Stories. Participants are advised to follow these official communication channels to stay updated on daily winner announcements. Yatri reserves the right to announce winners through additional official communication channels if required
- Participants may enroll only once during the campaign period by tapping the "Enroll Now" button. Once successfully enrolled, the participant shall remain eligible for subsequent draws conducted only during the active campaign period, subject to fulfilling the daily eligibility requirements. Multiple enrollments shall not increase the chances of winning and may result in disqualification.
- To qualify for a particular day's lucky draw, participants must perform at least one (1) qualifying action on the Yatri App during that day. Qualifying actions may include checking live train updates, booking metro tickets, or any other activity designated by Yatri from time to time.
- Increased engagement with the Yatri App through qualifying actions may improve a participant's chances of selection. However, participation, enrollment, or app usage does not guarantee selection as a winner.
- Winners shall be contacted through the WhatsApp number registered with their Yatri account. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their name, mobile number, and other account details are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- If Yatri is unable to contact a selected winner due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information, the prize shall stand forfeited without any liability on the part of Yatri.
- Winners must collect their Silver Coin in person from the designated Yatri team or collection point. Prize collection shall be available only on Fridays, between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM, unless otherwise communicated by Yatri. A valid Government-issued photo identification may be required for verification prior to prize collection.
- Winners must collect their prize within seven (7) working days from the date of winner notification, unless otherwise communicated by Yatri. Failure to collect the prize within the stipulated period shall result in automatic forfeiture of the prize, and Yatri shall have no further obligation to award, replace, or compensate the winner.
- The Silver Coin is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other product, service, or monetary consideration.
- The prize is awarded strictly as part of this promotional campaign. Yatri makes no representation or warranty regarding the purity, hallmarking, certification, valuation, or resale value of the Silver Coin.
- Yatri shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or deterioration of the prize after it has been handed over to the winner.
- Employees of Yatri, its affiliates, agencies, vendors, event partners, and their immediate family members may be excluded from participation at Yatri's sole discretion.
- Any attempt to manipulate, misuse, or fraudulently participate in the campaign, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, submission of false information, or use of automated methods, may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.
- Yatri reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and request any additional information or documentation deemed necessary.
- Personal information collected during the campaign shall be used solely for campaign administration, winner verification, communication, and promotional activities related to this campaign. Yatri shall process such information in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable laws. Participant data shall not be sold or disclosed to unrelated third parties except where required by law or for campaign administration through authorized service providers.
- By participating in the campaign, winners consent to Yatri using their name, photograph, video, or likeness for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by applicable law.
- Yatri reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the campaign, including its duration, prize structure, winner selection process, qualifying actions, or these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
- Participation in the campaign does not guarantee selection as a winner. The decision of Yatri in relation to all matters concerning the campaign, including winner selection, eligibility, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, shall be final and binding.
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
