Open the Yatri app, tap on the “Book Tickets” option in the bottom navigation menu, select your start and end destinations, choose the number of tickets and journey type -single or return journey, and complete your payment securely in seconds.

I purchased a ticket but didn’t receive the QR code. What should I do?

This may be due to poor network connectivity. Please move to a place with better connectivity and try again, your ticket will be processed. If the issue continues, tap the “i” icon at the top right on the ticket screen to raise an issue.

Does Yatri support QR-code metro tickets?

Yes! Once booked, your metro ticket appears as a QR code on Yatri app, allowing quick and easy entry at the metro gates.

Does Yatri include bus ticketing?

Yes. Yatri is currently expanding to offer bus ticketing, letting you search routes and book tickets easily.

What happens if my internet connection goes off after buying a metro ticket on Yatri?

If you lose internet connection after purchasing your metro ticket, don’t worry. Your ticket is stored securely in the Yatri app and can be accessed offline. Simply go to Account > My Tickets to view it and travel without interruptions.

Why is Yatri not showing live train status?

Make sure your internet connection is active and that you’re using the latest version of the Yatri app.

How do I fix Yatri app loading issues?

To fix most loading issues in the Yatri app, try clearing the cache, updating to the latest version, or reinstalling the app.
