Butter Chicken
A pervasive dish from the times of Mughals is produced using pieces of chicken, marinated for the time being in a yogurt and zest blend that incorporates ginger garlic glue and lime juice. It is then barbecued or sautéed. A super-rich sauce made with spread, tomato puree, cumin, garam masala, and new cream is then poured over. It's best had with Indian bread like roti's, naan, or parathas.
