E-Cart Buggy Services Booking Made Easy - Yatri App!
The Mumbai Suburban Railways is one of the busiest railways in the country and the city's primary mode of transportation. However, due to the large crowds and the old architecture, not all stations are accessible to disabled people. As a result, Indian Railways had launched buggy services.
Buggy Services is a battery-powered platform car designed to make it easier for the elderly, medical patients, and disabled people to move around. It's a cost-effective mode of transit, especially at packed train stations where there's not enough room to maneuver without risking injury or obstructing other passengers.
How can you make bookings for buggy services?
Unless seats are reserved in advance, the cars will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Passengers can book tickets over the phone by dialing the contact number provided on the Yatri App.
